Hi Ann how are you? Haven't talked to you in a while and I wanted to stop in and say HI (waving) and to tell you that I have been doing a lot of research on RAW and I am very impressed and excited about my research. I purchased my first RAW recipe book and making arrangements (with hubby) for a Vita-Mix blender. I am excited about this new journey and I think my husband is willing to try RAW too. Thanks and I will chat with ya soon.

Ditto on getting the message out. Someone has to keep an eye on the house (of the people) while they're out to work.

I've always been a firm believer in that we cannot make good choices for ourselves or families if we do not have all of the relevant information. What I've seen is that people would not choose certain types of things 'if' they knew the truth (all of the facts).

Yup, I too just keep putting it out there. Like one of my childhood hero's, Johnny Appleseed - keep planting seeds.
