kate-I am in process of writing my first book. it has become a learning undertaking. I was wondering if you know of or know how I can go about finding a good publisher? I have no funds at the moment. I dont even know what questions I need to ask a publisher as this is new territory for me !-- My book is a true accounting of my experience with death, and my life struggles. It can be 2 different books one being a children s book about my meeting with Jesus-- the other a more adult read quoting the passages that verify what I experienced in my visit with Jesus. any info would be helpful that you may have. I just dont know where to begin! thanks Cindy

Hi Kate,
I appreciate your note and welcome you left for me. I am working to get familiar with the site. I blog a LOT and keep horribly busy with it. I will add your blog to my RSS reader, catch u with you on Twitter and Facebook. I hope you will follow my adventures in blogging too.
Thanks for your offer to help if I need it. I'll keep that in mind. :)
It is a little overwhelming...once step at a time (kind of like motherhood).

Hi thanks for visiting, I am now a follower of your blog, would be great if you could could follow mine, I don't have very many on my blog, just on fb.
I looked at your site and it's great! I love reading (of course when I can squeeze out a few precious moments of "me time)" so I will definitely visit again. As well, I'm always looking for recommendations on good children's books so I'll look forward to those also.
Check out my new blog for a humourous and light take on being a frazzled working mom of many children (including identical twin boys).

Hi Kate, thanks for the welcome and yes, I need to spend some time figuring this site out!:-) I just breezed through your blog--really cool how you've included the "my take" on each book, and the ratings will be helpful as I have an 11-year-old and have trouble figuring out what to steer her towards sometimes, as she loves to read too. Take care!
