I can say things have gotten much better. My little girl is sleeping thru the night finally. The sleep and me time is wonderful. I'm also learning to ask for and accept help. I keep thinking how awful leaving her to go to work would be. I've started journaling again and I look forward to it now. I feel some of the old me coming back. Thanks again for the message and I'll be trying the vinegar in the laundry trick.
