Well,prayer and God's grace and mercy keeps me going and motivated. Before I started the Backyard Boutique Party Network bbpnonline.com with my business partner, who I've known since college, I made sure that my family could somehow be incorporated with the business. When we organize events, the children have helped either with promoting or helping during the event.I can't say between teaching and BBPN , I'm always balanced, but I definitely utilize my resources: computer, collaborating with my colleagues, leaving my work at school-at school because at home my priority is my family, I co-parent and we use the whole village to help raise our family- 2 babysitters, grandparents, friends, etc, and of course networking with other women... I also use my Blackberry a lot and am somewhat of a night owl. I laugh a lot and enjoy my down time. I allow myself to take breaks, but my nature is definitely to be on-the-go! Thanks for taking interest into my life and I'll be following you online:) Backyard Blessings- Heidi

Just last night I learned how to make a twitter background and I am working on a report on RSS feeds as well that I plan on selling at a reasonable price so I have some skills to make the bills as they say.
