I'm the opposite of you...I was always so liberal, but now that I have kids I've become a bit more conservative. I've heard from many friends that tends to happen...

For me, the answer would be no. I have two kids, and the moment they were born I knew that everything I did going forward had to be for their benefit and security. Security is the key word, in my previouse sentence.

I have many dreams, too much to write about. But the way this world is going, and with the Economy in the toilet, I have to think about my kids' future. So my husband and I only take risks these days on things that we feel will not have a negative impact on our kids if the venture goes sour.

I guess your question is all about how much you are willing to risk to follow a dream...and if you can do it, I'm all for it. Unfortunately for us, we would feel that risking our home (which provides a roof over our kids' head) is not one of those things we would be willing to take. Debt, is debt...and unless we could be guaranteed a healthy return, I just do not see us even going there. We have to get our kids through school, and since they are young, we are seeing a long-haul until they get to their college years.

Needless to say, I think you are very brave, and I'm a tad jealous at your courage! :-) Good luck to you; and I hope your dream comes true!
