I don't know about you, but I respond well to fearless women.

When I meet someone who's really herself, joyfully and unapologetically, I get inspired. Some people truly exude passion -- and our new TwitterMom of the Month is one of them.

Erica Diamond, 35, is a married mom of two little boys from Montreal, Quebec. While she calls herself a stay-at-home mom, serial volunteer and blogger, her website expands dramatically on that list: reality TV show writer, award-winning entrepreneur, children's book author, featured blogger for celebrity mom Brooke Burke’s ModernMom.com, and brand ambassador for ABC's The View to represent the mom community.

She also recently made the list, "Top 25 Twitter Feeds for Women," and is currently writing a book, The 99 Things Women Wish They Knew... Before Starting Their Own Business.

Why do you do what you do?

"Because the desire to connect with women around the world is beyond palpable."

What is your greatest passion?

"My family, great music and food. Lots of it! I have no standards when it comes to food... Everything tastes great going down! Oh yeah, and I'm known to love a good glass of cabernet."

What drives you crazy?

"Tardiness. I'm always on time or early. And passive-aggressive people... If you have something to say, spit it out! But don't be rude and not tell me why!"

How would your best friend describe you?

"Passionate. Fun loving. Playful. Hard working. Intense but funny. Loyal."

Favorite things?

"Music. Music again. Golfing. Running with my iPod. Being with my family. Eating!"

What fun things do you like to do with your family?

"We love to swim. Make picnics in the park. And our favorite pastime is our mornings and evenings cuddling in my bed. We've rarely missed one morning or evening since the boys were born! And I am a hockey mom, so of course we love to play hockey. I have two hockey superstars! Rink rat!"

What celebrity would you like to meet, and why?

"Oprah and Ellen. See my Bucket List on my blog! Their presence is all over my blog. They live their passion. They speak up for what they believe in. And I would love to pick each of their brains over dinner. My dream is to have them guest blog on my site!"
