If the Shoe fits buy it!
If the Shoe fits buy it! - by klacustomcreations on Polyvore.com

You don’t have to twist my arm to get me to go shoe shopping and if it is sandal shopping well that is another story all together. A girl just has to update her shoe collection right? There are so many new and carry over trends this coming season, it can be hard to keep up with what is hot! I am going to showcase some of these hot trends with a variety of wedge sandals. Wedge sandals are a great option since they offer the height that many women seek but a bit more stability than a pair of regular heels and offer more support than a pair of stilettos. Wedge sandals aren’t as hard on your feet since they don’t put as much pressure on the ball area of your foot.

A hot trend on footwear for spring is studs and jewels. The Report Manson Wedge at $89.95 is adorned with faceted jewels, tonal studs and a touch of the gladiator look. Gladiator sandals are also very hip for the spring. This pair will make a bold statement and allow you to jazz up a simple outfit.

The Arma Dare by Kenneth Cole for $89, offers a cork foot bed and fringe detail, with the fringe detail you will have a tribal look which is another trend that will make you cutting edge.

Another hot trend borrowed from the 80’s is huarache sandals. I don’t know about you but bringing this look back isn’t a look I would like to see return. The Stuart Weitzman Fondue wedge for $107.09, however offers an updated take on the huaraches with the chestnut leather, strappy front and has a fabulous 4 ½ inch wedge heel.

Bright colors are also all the rage for spring and the Nine West Myth wedge for $69, will make your outfit pop with one of the hottest colors for spring, bright pink!

For the woman that wants to be cutting edge and make a very bold statement then the Report Barrett Gladiator wedge at $89.95 may be for you, this pair offers a wooden wedge heel that has a studded T-strap and five adjustable buckles.

Whether you are looking for a gladiator look, a bit of embellishment or a pop of color one of these pairs will surely be a hit! I hope these wedge sandal picks will help give you some hope that spring will be here before we know it!

Shopping tip: When shopping either online or in store always check online at sites like www.ableshopper.com for coupon codes. A quick Google search could save you some cash! Similar shoes can also be found at discount retailers such as TJ Maxx, Marshalls and DSW. Just a reminder that you don't have to spend a lot to look simply fabulous.

Megan go for a lower wedge and you should be fine, and some that are cork are pretty comfortable. Wedges are actually more stable than heels believe it or not, just keep it lower.

Great post! However, I don't know if I can do this trend - I love the wedge look, but I'm always afraid I'm going to fall and twist my angle.

Great tips for deals - I also love bluefly.com for discounted shoes!
