Let's face it, one perfect mini-cupcake is a lot like regular cake, but 10 times more fun and with way fewer calories. Now if you're like me, baking up a storm of delectable desserts for the fam has always been one of those lofty dreams that's really hard to make reality. It just seems to take a little too much time. But, I'm happy to report that's changing, now that a friend has introduced me to the super-easy mini cupcake maker by Trademark Global American Originals.
Once you've stirred up your batter (I like Arrowhead Mills' Organic Chocolate Cake Mix, it's no-brainer work from then on. You just plug in, pour the batter into the non-stick cups, do something else for 7-10 minutes, then pop out the warm and moist deliciousness, frost, and enjoy!
