Gifts

It's raining outside this morning and the thunder rolls.....and I am reminded of
the goodness in that process. The watering of the grass, trees and a good drink
for the flowers. It's a gift from above and then I started to realize there are
MANY gifts that come our way that we probably do not even notice or maybe don't
even understand.

Those are the gifts we should be paying the most
attention to in our daily lives. It's amazing of the clarity it will bring and
the meaning if you can embrace it will unfold to you. It's just a matter of
PAYING ATTENTION to what is going on around YOU!

Appreciate what you see,
what you hear and what you feel. Gifts are God's way of letting you know there
is positive, there is light, there is a meaning behind everything you encounter
in life. For what might seem a tragedy, a loss, a disappointment - there is a
reason and a silver lining CAN BE FOUND. It's up to us to see and feel that
silver lining. How profound to know that we have control over how we view things
in life. And there lies a gift. You will find gifts everywhere if you only open
your heart and your mind to it. So the next time someone says something not so
nice, or a situation brings a joy to you, or you had been waiting for something
to appear and it does.... consider it a gift and see, feel and find the meaning
of it. You will find it in your HEART. So the next time something funny happens
to you, something not so good happens to you, a surprise happens to you, an
every day occurance stops you and you ponder does it have meaning.... consider
it a gift.
