Outdoor Entertaining season is here and it's time to get out of the kitchen! Here is a very simple but special appetizer idea for your Spring and Summer BBQ's. It features fresh ingredients and utilizes the grill not oven. For an entire menu of easy, delicious and affordable grilled recipes see my post for "Fired-Up" Mixed Grill Party Menu here>
GRILLED SUMMER BRUSCHETTA: This iight version of bruschetta features the flavors of fresh produce. We went light with the olive oil because there’s nothing better than fresh produce and we wanted it to shine right through. This flavorful appetizer is both affordable and easy to prepare, making it a “must-serve” all summer long.
