I lost 20 pounds in a month using the PINK Method.

I've lost weight in the past only to find the weight again. After some soul searching I finally learned that losing weight is not about losing anything, it is really about finding yourself. As each layer has melted away, and I still have a ways to go, I have found a piece of myself. I've become recquainted and it is liberating.
