I am a mom, wife, writer, and heading into private practice after a long time at home with my boys. I love the beach, long walks with good friends, fresh lavender, all things healthy, and the Sierras.
I am new to twitter; finding my voice and audience in a new medium. So far I twitter about encouraging women, the pursuit of well being, a simple optimistic life style, and the excitement that comes from pursuing your calling in life.
