I think it's totally cool for you to want to inform yourself for the parent's (and kid's) sake.

I don't really know much about gluten-free, yet. Have a hunch that my current
choices pretty much exclude it anyway. I would have NEVER dreamed of being
able to do this sort of stuff. Amazing what physical issues can motivate one to do,
yes?

I'm super into healthy foods because of the difference I've seen it make in people's
lives, besides my own. And I'm super not into what 'mainstream' propaganda puts out
there as to what is healthy and what is not, ha!

I look forward to getting to know you. Sounds like you really care about the children you work
with!
