Let's think of what our fitness program is going to be (running, the gym, an exercise video or set of videos) and what our nutrition goals will be.

I love all things fitness and am a personal trainer, Turbokick and Hip Hop Hustle instructor, and Beachbody coach... so if anyone wants any guidance or
