A little about yourself...
I am a style obsessed reporter who canvasses the universe to find the latest and greatest happenings in fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends,. My first book , a groovy preggo style bible entitled BUMP IT UP: TRANSFORMING YOUR PREGNANCY INTO THE ULTIMATE STYLE STATEMENT will be published this March by Random House. The book takes the editorial concept of "garment rotaion" and applies it to pregnancy so women can transform a handful of pregnancy (and non) basics into dozens of dramatic looks. It was a blast to write and designers like Donna Karan, Diane Von Furstenberg and Kate Spade crafted line drawings just for my book! My take on style? Contrary to popular opinion, you don't need to level your wallet to have great style. It is a mindset. With creativity, confidence and a few fab accessories, "bump up" basics into uber chic looks.

FIVE MINUTE FIX: Stop Leisure Wear in its Tracks!

Busy women can create a big style statement with a small but mighty wardrobe.

Fashion is overwhelming. And moms have little time to get ready in the morning. The result is a legion of women who have taken to wearing leisure wear as ready to wear. Every so-tired-I could-kvell mom can attest to the magnetic urge to slip into sweats, a boxy tee and skidaddle out the door to conquer her day. It's easy. It's comfortable. It's evil. Here's why. The (non) fit is addictive. Once you…

Great Day Amy!!!

Everyone knows a person that is educated and hard working yet fails to find happiness and the ordinary necessities of life without struggle.

There is an old saying, the road to success is generally obstructed by many influences, which must be removed before the goal can be reached.

You owe it to yourself, your family, and your community to set a high standard for yourself.

Each day that we thoughtfully make choices about our behavior and our attitudes, we offer ourselves as examples to others-examples of strength.

Just stopping by to say, "hello" :) I haven't been at Twitter Moms for a while because I have been getting everything ready for the launch of my 'The C.H.A.M.P. Within' book. It has been a lot of work, but the paperbacks are here and I am
EXTREMELY excited. While I was waiting to get published, I created the trailer for the coordinating Teen Reality Show and am now featuring successful single parents and supportive people in my new video blog series called Heroes At Home TV.

I have just posted the 1st video here at Twitter Moms - - please check it out and let me know what you think.

Our mission is to reach as many parents as possible, therefore your feedback is extremely important to the success of this program.

I am also interested in learning what's new in your life - family, work, programs - I look forward to your stopping by my page and letting me know how you are doing!
