- I am a style obsessed reporter who canvasses the universe to find the latest and greatest happenings in fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends,. My first book , a groovy preggo style bible entitled BUMP IT UP: TRANSFORMING YOUR PREGNANCY INTO THE ULTIMATE STYLE STATEMENT will be published this March by Random House. The book takes the editorial concept of "garment rotaion" and applies it to pregnancy so women can transform a handful of pregnancy (and non) basics into dozens of dramatic looks. It was a blast to write and designers like Donna Karan, Diane Von Furstenberg and Kate Spade crafted line drawings just for my book! My take on style? Contrary to popular opinion, you don't need to level your wallet to have great style. It is a mindset. With creativity, confidence and a few fab accessories, "bump up" basics into uber chic looks.
