A little about yourself...: An RN, Educator, Wellness and Weightloss Coach: Holding Nutrition Classes & Weightloss Challenges . Into IM/ Affiliate Mktg as well.
I once had a successful business, got so busy, forgot to take care of myself. Became sick, so sick that I stayed in Intensive Care Unit for days. There I realized what is WEALTH without HEALTH .

So I came back to work as a NURSE to teach people of how important having a good health is. My experience taught me the hard way...almost cost me my life.

Today, I may not be as active working as a Nurse because I now choose to have the time freedom having a home-based business gives, but still, in anyway I can I help people by sharing TIPS and health teachings to those who are wanting to lose weight, get healthy and live a longer and better life.

By the way, heard of teenage obesity? Let me share with you a story of a teenage daughter who used to be so insecure, no confidence about her looks and lonely... the struggles of a "short,round chick" before but now dares you, "If I can do it, no reason why others couldn't do it!"
