A quick and easy fried rice

The secret to good fried rice is starting with cold cooked grains. Leftover rice from the night before works great and this is a great way to use up some of that leftover turkey.

Apparently, not everyone thinks that way. :) I will definitely find out. I like to know and I'm very impatient so waiting months to find out would be too frustrating. Plus, it helps with the naming options.
I love to be active. Maybe running just isn't the activity that will make you happy?
