Sharing a Little About me.

Hello,

My Name is Tami, I live in Washington State, I love it here. I live with My hubby, 5 kids, 1 dog, 13 turkeys, 15 ducks, 120 chickens, and 6 geese. We have 7 children but two are all grown up and moved on :o(.. We moved to our dream home last year, we are on almost five acres. It's so pretty our here, I did my first veggie garden ever, and I'm 37 lol.. My hubby and I have been married for 1.5 years, but have been together for almost 8 years, I can't believe it's been that long already. Time flies when you’re having fun.

An interesting fact I learned is New York gets more rain then we do... Must be so pretty and green there too...

I love learning new things, I'm always on the search to read about new things, and do new things, I think when I lose that desire I will die lol.. :o) I am a typical un-medicated sufferer (is that a word?) of ADHD. I'm not very good at talking about myself, but love talking lol.. I have a ton of interest sometimes so overwhelming nothing interests me does that make sense??? I love scrap booking, card making, reading, writing, stamping, helping others, customer service, camping, hiking, staying healthy, anything the kids are into and want to do, working, taking care of my family. Chickens, learning to garden (flowers and veggies) Learning how to be frugal, cosmetics, candles, decorating, things that smell good. I could go on and on forever and a day lol.. Don't we wish we all had that time?

I have weird musical taste I love Classical, spiritual, country, some older rock, and yeah I even like some of the songs the kids listen too.

I Love networking and meeting new people, for a long time I've hidden behind my four walls, I feel so much better in life now.

Do you do your affirmations?

I have been receiving Business Coaching from a gentleman named Chris Dirkers for almost a month now. I would have to say that the most wonderful thing he has taught me so far, I'm sure there are greater things to come, was my daily affirmations. I used my cell phone and created a two part affirmation recording. I listen to this every morning and every evening. I've decided to share some of them with you, although, this is hard for me.

1. I am successful

2. I surround myself with… Continue

What have I done?

I walked into work on Thursday at 8:15 feeling much more confident then I had in two years. I had a letter in my hand. My husband and I had made the final decision the night before, he was estatic, I was apprehensive, I was leaving my job. I wanted to say so much, but I held my head high and thanked both supervisors for the opportunity that I had been given and the chance to work in a field that allowed me to use my customer service skills.

I followed my chain of command. First… Continue

Could you survive?

If you have read my profile then you know that my husband and I raise chickens. We have been doing this for almost a year. As our children get older and depend on us less, we have realized that we needed something to focus our attention that we could care for and do together. Although, we have 7 children, we have his, hers, and no ours. Several times in the last 8 years I would have given my right arm to have an ours, but as we grow together my ideas about our future change. So what does this… Continue

The Power of 10

The Power of 10

This is by no means complete but I needed to get it started to get it off my chest.

12/05/2008

I’m not even sure how to start this. I am supposed to be writing some articles for a friend, but the words won’t come. My heart has been weighing heavily with this. So I’ve decided to put it into words. Maybe that will help me move on.

These last two weeks I’ve been bombarded with stories of children, yes children, trying to take their… Continue
