I lived down at Queen's Quay and Bathurst, but worked in Riverdale (Dundas and Carlaw). I miss Toronto, but I'm in the right place for my family now.... maybe in a few years, we'll migrate back! Have a great day! Best, Susan"
"I'm still working this out for myself. Before my daughter was born (she's 3 now), I was the breadwinner. Now, I've reversed roles with my husband, and although he's the sole provider, I've started a home business and am…"
"Susan James said:Dear Jennifer:
Gosh, I'm so glad I checked out your blog. I haven't even made it to look at your book yet, as I was mesmorized by your story. I don't have twins, but my daughter was born 14 weeks early, 2 lbs and…"
Great to meet you here - it's a small world isn't it. Whereabouts did you live when you were in Toronto - I am in Riverdale.
You replied to my Weight Loss Blog - for some reason it's not letting me leave a reply…"
"Hi Pam! I'm just down the road in Mississauga. Lived in Toronto for 11 years. I"m looking to shave off some pounds, so I will be back. I didn't see where to click for the ebook, but I"m falling-down-tired and it's probably…"
"That's such a great question, but answering it is just not straightforward for me!
Do you mean: where was I born? Where have I lived the longest? Or where am I living now? Was born in Brandon, MB. Lived the longest in Kingston, Ontario, but…"
"Yup, I feel like I just turned 40, but it was a few years ago. Realized right away ~ life on the other side of the hill is beautiful. Had my first child at 41. Too busy now to think about all of that! LOL"
"Gee, that's a good question. I'm new and have no idea how to address it. I guess it would depend what was said how I would handle it. Looking forward to seeing what others say, as this has not yet happened to me. Thanks for the question."
Mom of toddler, who was born 14 weeks early, weighed 2 lbs and spent 5 months in hospital. Left working in film industry to stay at home with my daughter, and manage her follow up medical appointments. Now, things are better. I'm working on a documentary about premature birth and have an online greeting card business I do from home. Just published a book about Isla's journey through NICU to help other parents, going through a similar journey. www.islasstory.com

TThe amazing thing is how the staff become like your family. We were happy to finally take him home, but the bonds to those nurses were real and I cried tears of joy *and* sadness. They actually have a yearly reunion for the parents at the hospital because the nurses get so attached they want to see how the kids are doing year after year. It was great to attend and watch our children play knowing that time was firmly behind us.
