Hi Stacie,
thank you for your comment, yes I am still working on him being seen, one doctor, the same one who saw him for 10 minutes, told me i WANT him to be autistic. that upset me so much, because now mu hubs thinks that way too, since he heard a doctor say it.
no one knows my son better than me, and I know that he needs help, and it's just such a ridicoulus uphill battle trying to get him that help.
thank you so much for being here.
love,
lily

Hi Stacie,
thank you for the offer of support, i thank yu so much for it. it feels like I am aone in this with my son, and many times i just am so overwhelmed all i do is cry.

my 6 yr old has been diagnosed so far with adhd, oppositional defiance disorder, childhood bipolar disorder, and 1 doctor saw him for 10 minutes and said he is not autistic, yet i know in my heart that visit was not enough to determine an outcome thank you for being there,
love,lily

Hi Stacie -
I added you as the admin of the group. Take a look around and let me know if you have ?s. I would also clean up the member list, too. Lots of inactive members. I can help with this, too.

Oh well, I will just do like you do and blog away to increase awareness!

And I know exactly what you mean about steps forward and back. Jaylen has made so much progress socially and verbally, but now is taking huge, huge steps back in the sensory department.

I clicked the link you shared and loved your blog post and your blog! Can you tell me more about blogging for Autism? I have a blog, which I started since I felt I needed to vent daily about my son and our frustrations and our celebrations! Good to know you! I love getting to know other moms of kids with Autism.
