Are Your Kids Making You Fat?
I just had to write and let you know about something that happened to me today that might just resonate with you too.

"I Can't Stop Eating! Help Me"
This is the anguished cry I get from many clients who contact me for help with their emotional eating problems. The distress they feel in their situation is obvious. They live with the guilt and shame of overeating, the physical discomfort when they've eaten too much and the very distressing weight gain from their constant overeating and the sometimes unkind comments from family, friends, and even complete strangers!
