I am a mother, wife, and entrepreneur who gets a thrill out of all things family, trying to juggle it all, and helping other families to do the same.
I was born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania and went to college for both my undergraduate and graduates degree in Pittsburgh. I am now living in Michigan in a suburb just outside of Detroit.
I spent 12 years in the auto industry in the finance field and left in 2004 after the birth of my 4th daughter partly out of a sense of a greater calling and partly out of the fact that I had no passion for cars. I now run my own company and have never been happier or more fulfilled.
Some cornerstones of my beliefs:
Everything in life happens for a reason.
Giving your children an authentic grounded family life is one of the best things you can do for them. If you do this they will forgive you for your mistakes.
It is much easier to love and accept than hate and be afraid.
Everyone has a purpose in life.
I am 42 years old, married to my husband Joe for 19 years and have 4 daughters.
I have a very hard time saying no and I like being busy.

Hi Polly, Welcome to the Metromom group. There are some great women who've joined and are joining, so please do join in the discussions. I look forward to connecting with you.
ps - please check out the new Metromom video - http://TheMetromomMovie.com. As a Metromom, I think you'll enjoy it.
I would love to review your games. I think that I saw them at Toy Fair--would that be correct? I think they would be perfect for my market of families who are raising children with disabilities. It would be great to do a give away as well. You can email me directly at email@example.com
PS: Let your friends know when you're on twittermoms with a click of the Announce Yourself link in your welcome box. If your Twitter friends are interested, they can check out the cool new place you've found!
Again -- if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know.
