Josie has shown great results with the cod liver oil. I use the Nordic Naturals brand(lemon flavor) and mix it with lemonade. drinks it right up, no fight.
with probiotics, maybe you can find one with more than just the acidophilus. Klaire labs carries a great gluten free, casein free, soy, corn, yeast free and no artificial flavors,sweeteners etc.
i use one called Ther-biotic complete. Has helped greatly.Has about 15 different types of probiotic in there, price is fair too.
My nutritionist has helped Josie greatly.
PLEASE always check labels to make sure that gluten/casein, or any other allergens that your child may be sensitive to are not hidden.
Josie is SUPER sensitive to corn and it is Everywhere.
My older child has ADHD and has benefitted greatly from the removal of artificial colors & sweeteners from her diet as well as probiotic, cod liver oil & omega 3's
