A little about yourself...
Model Me Kids® videos demonstrate social skills by modeling peer behavior at school, on a playdate, at a birthday party, on the playground, at a library, restaurant, and more. Real children model and narrate each skill.

Designed as a teaching tool for children, adolescents, and teenagers with Autism, Aspergers, PDD-NOS, Nonverbal Learning Disorder (NVLD or NLD), and developmental delays, the videos are used by parents, teachers, and therapists. The videos are also helpful for teaching children with developmental disabilities such as Down Syndrome.

Model Me Kids has a social network at www.modelmekids.ning.com. It is a friendly group of parents, teachers, caregivers, and adults with Autism who share experiences about Autism and Asperger Syndrome.

New Video Models Emotions for Young Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

Learning how to recognize various emotions in ourselves and in others is an important first step in teaching good social skills.
