My name is Malinda. I have a wonderful husband and and delightful daughter. She was 15 in December! The way I cope with stress is through exercise. I enjoy exercising and getting fit so much, I decided to become a Fitness Coach! Life is full of choices. You can either work on your heath and live longer or choose not to do anything about it and suffer from disease and illness. I chose to do something about it thru exercising and eating right.

Malinda, Welcome to Twittermoms. Read your profile at teambeachbody (first time I have heard about it). It is very inspiring. I like how you point out that exercise is a good way to cope with stress. I often ignore me and let the stress get to me--look forward to getting to know you.
