My name is Malinda. I have a wonderful husband and and delightful daughter. She was 15 in December! The way I cope with stress is through exercise. I enjoy exercising and getting fit so much, I decided to become a Fitness Coach! Life is full of choices. You can either work on your heath and live longer or choose not to do anything about it and suffer from disease and illness. I chose to do something about it thru exercising and eating right.

hello, thanks for adding me to your friends.. I too have a disabled father, i also found exercise helped with the lifting etc,as it did with my son.. Altho my son is now 8, so doesnt need lifting anymore, i just box with him now!!!
