"Skipping meals is what makes you fatter. Instead of eating 2-3 huge meals per day, I eat 5-6 small meals per day. I never go longer than 3 hours before at least having a snack, or meal.
And, carbs are not the enemy. If you pair a bit of protein…"
"I'm 46 years old. I grew up on grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup. I'm WAY ahead of the trend - HA-HA!
My other favorite combination was cream of celery soup and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Sounds a bit weird, but…"
"I'd like a meal from Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant:
Chicken saltimbocca - with sage, prosciutto, provolone in a brown onion gravy
Crispy red skin potatoes
1/2 an order of their spinach salad with pine nuts, gorgonzola, bacon and red…"
"Yesterday I got a basic site setup for my Blog Diva Network. Not much on it so far, RSS feeds of all my diva blog feeds on the right hand side of the blog and an about-me blog post. But at least it's a start.
"My 14 year old daughter became a vegetarian last year. Still a challenge to get her to eat enough vegetables. She loves broccoli, but usually smothers it in cheese sauce. Finally got her to start eating sweet potatoes, now they are one of her…"
"I mostly Tweet links to my current articles and blog posts. I'm also an amateur athlete, so a lot of my tweets are about biking, cycling, duathlons.
My plan is to eventually concentrate on my diva blogs which are all hosted on Typepad. I will be setting up a central location for all those blogs. I purchased the domain www.blogdivanetwork.net, but so far it's just parked with Go…"

When I first started blogging, I did it on a blog network, and not part of my own blog. I still have I Love Herbs…"

Thanks so much for your prompt reply. I paid for a guy to design Mom is Blogging but it is a Wordpress blog - not sure if it is the .org or whatever. It's been running well since October and I couldn't face changing to be honest. (Not enough hours in the day). Do you think it will be OK as it is?
Thanks again for the tips. I will pay a visit to some of your other blogs later today or tomorrow - but what I have seen so far looks really great.
I have taken a look at a couple of your blogs - they look great. How long have you been blogging ? My blog is with Wordpress - I noticed that in a discussion you put that you changed from them because you couldn't put ads on there. I put a few ads on there with my posts. Shouldn't I do that ? Please can you take a look at my blog, www.momisblogging.com and tell me what you think, thanks. I have been blogging and doing squidoo lens since October. Do you get any benefit from Twitter ? I don't tweet anymore - do you think I should ?
