How many times do you lay your head on the pillow only to beat yourself up about all the things you didn't get done or stress out on all the things you have to do?

Get Uncomfortable
Progress cannot happen when you are comfortable. This is true for every single part of your life. If you want to move forward, you need to push just a little harder, try a little more. If you go to the gym and don’t fatigue your muscles, they will not gain strength. If you go to work and simply punch a time clock, you will not move ahead. So ask yourself, what part of your life do you want progress?

A Fresh Slate
Believe it or not, I love New Year’s Resolutions. I think it’s a great time to reflect on your life; what you want to change, improve and leave behind. Get In Front Of It
Yesterday I walked in to the office to find my National Fitness Director, Farel Hruska working at a time that she’s not usually here. “Behind?” I asked her. Nope, just “getting in front of it”.
