Breastfeeding, while natural, does not necessarily come naturally. I suffered from low milk supple to clogged milk ducts. I wish there were some things I had known prior to having my child.
Read about my experience and everything I learned along the way in my latest post.

Our food supply isn't what it used to be and we need to be careful about what we put into our bodies. Childhood disease and allergies are on the rise and I personally believe it's environmental. The book The Unhealthy Truth shares some amazing and startling information about the state of our food supply and what it is happening to our children because of it.

I am an amateur photographer and now that I have a child feel that I'm shooting my camera more and more. It's hard to carry my bulky SLR around all the time with me while carrying my child, which is why I love the iphone and all the amazing photography apps.

Hi!
Thanks for the note. It looks like our interests (and our business backgrounds) overlap. :) I don't have my own blog, but I am the news editor for EcoSalon (www.ecosalon.com). I bring some mom-ness to it, but I write about issues facing women and girls, and our other articles are about food, sex, culture, shelter and fashion - all with a green slant. I look forward to reading your blog. You can find EcoSalon on Twitter @ecosalon and me personally @3pmedia.
Cheers, Andrea
