It worked the "Strawberries and hershey's" worked. Now how do you deal with sore muscles and still having desire to work out? I am soooooo sore from doing a Biggest Loser program and my glutes are killing me. I attempted it again this morning and was only able to move 1/2 as fast as yesterday, and didn't sweat much. But, Still did it, so I'm very proud. Any suggestions?

Great idea! I CAN do the strawberries and hershey's recipe. The individual chocolates, NOPE. I can't stop at 1, I've tried leaving them in the car, so it was harder to go get them. I will buy the strawberries though, oh and I like pineapple and chocolate too! Thanks for the help!

Thank you, Thank You, Thank You for the offer to help in Weightloss! I joined and I'm addicted. It has helped logging fitness and nutrition and engage in message boards etc..... My BIGGEST roadblock is that TOM (the week before), Cravings are at an all time HIGH, and all I want is something sweet. Can you help?

Looks like we are in need of some personal fitness! I joined 2 gyms this year...and weight watchers and kept gaining...I used to be 100 lbs soaking wet. My daddy passed away and I think that didn't help...but I am on my way! Ruthie..

Hey KerrieAnn, I'm a fitness coach with Beachbody. I guide customers through the workout programs purchased from our infomericals. I also have a candle business where I do mostly fundraising, vendor shows and recruiting. I see that you are in the fitness industry also.
