Addicted To...

even if it doesn't taste as good as I thought or isn't as much to my liking, I polish it off anyway. I am briefly satisfied at "indulging" in a forbidden treat, until it hits my stomach, then the aching and churning starts, followed quickly by the first few pangs of regret...all will haunt me for the next several hours. I mean, my chocolate soy milk never makes me feel so bad. I don't feel guilty, when I go to bed sans dessert. And, I wonder, why? How can something that I know is bad for me and…See More

An Accidental Epiphany

http://projectsupermom.blogspot.com/2011/08/accidental-epiphany.htmlWell, here I was, all set for my major relaunch and recommitment to blogging regularly, and I spent last week doing absolutely none! Sorry, supermoms! What I was doing was working my 1/2-marathon training schedule, keeping up with work (my real job not Project Supermom stuff), taking care of the baby and the rest of the family, and tinkering with…See More

Simple As

http://projectsupermom.blogspot.com/2011/08/simple-as.htmlSo, I'm off like a shot, working towards my new goals by working my daily "plan" of exercise... nicely spelled out in a beginner 1/2 marathon training schedule calendar (you can find them free online, by the way)...and healthy eating with help from my calorie counter. As one of the recent Biggest Loser contestants would say, over and over, "it's one day at a time,…See More

Well, I'm Back, Na-Na-Na-Na-Na-Na

http://projectsupermom.blogspot.com/2011/08/well-im-back-na-na-na-na-na-na.htmlAh, it feels good to be flexing my blogging muscles! Actually, it feels even better given that me blogging means baby is sleeping...strapped to me in her Bjorn, but we can't have everything!Well, how have you been supermoms? I have been all over the board, these past few months. Amidst the usual last trimester woes of just…See More

A Balancing Act

http://projectsupermom.blogspot.com/2011/05/balancing-act.htmlHello, fellow supermoms and friends! It is not without some anguish that I post today to bid you all a adieu for awhile. I know I have been MIA a bit anyway, but I cannot just leave Project Supermom hanging! As I close in on my due date and put the finishing touches on a VERY big office restructure project, my body is feeling the wear and tear. I need to slow…See More

It's Greek to Me

http://projectsupermom.blogspot.com/2011/04/its-greek-to-me.htmlFinally, I have finished my myriad of experiments with Greek yogurt and can't wait to share my findings! As you have probably heard, read, or seen, Greek yogurt is popping up all over the health food scene. Ever hesitant to get behind fads, until I've had plenty of time to tinker with it to see if it's a viable swap that I could actually succesfully make…See More

Resolutions Revisited

http://projectsupermom.blogspot.com/2011/03/resolutions-revisited.htmlHello, my lovelies, and a happy mid-March greeting to you! Why so perky, you ask? Other than the fact that this week has seen a streak of mid-60s and warmer temps, sunny days, longer evenings, and the rechristening of several of my pairs of flip-flops (my poor, swollen feet are grateful!)? Well, it is mid-March, after all...a full month after…See More

Baby Weight

http://projectsupermom.blogspot.com/2011/03/baby-weight.htmlAll of a sudden, I very much feel pregnant...and, judging by this picture, I very much look it, too! We are having a little girl this time. I have heard that this is such a blessing, because we get to experience each...a boy and a girl...because they are so different.I can feel the difference settling in already. As the physical weight of carrying her pulls on…See More

Don't Hate Me 'Cus

http://projectsupermom.blogspot.com/2011/03/dont-hate-me-cus.htmlHaving spent the past few years navigating the world of motherhood, it is amazing in its sisterhood. Once you're in the club, you're in the club! But acceptance doesn't come as easily as you might think. There are very distinct branches within the club, and they don't necessarily commingle...kinda like oil and water. There are the crafty moms, green…See More

Thanks for your post in the Twitter Newbies group. Learning how to get the best out of Twitter is both fun and frustrating, at times. Please get your own copy of my book, Networking To A Plan which has lots of tips about using Twitter for both fun and friendship
There is nothing to buy. I wrote it as a gift.

I'm the New Bloggers Club group owner and am sending this out to all members...

I was wondering if anyone is wiling to take the 31 Days to a Better Blog challenge with me?

Problogger announced this week that if we can get more than 5 people together in a blog niche (mommy blogging) to take the challenge, he will give 25% off his 31 Days to a Better Blog workbook. I was thinking of starting this challenge on July 12 and creating a Blog Frog community so we can easily discuss it each day and share our posts.

If you're interested, please reply to my discussion at the New Bloggers Club HERE.

It'll be fun! And we'll help eachother grow our blogs this summer!

Great to have you here! We've got an incredible group of women connecting on all sorts of topics, so kick back and make yourself at home. Check out the Twittermoms groups (we have something for everybody). The Twittermoms discussions are quite entertaining, too. Or, just get to know your fellow Twittermoms by browsing some Twittermoms profiles or searching for moms who share your interests, add friends, and start twittering with some incredibly smart and interesting moms.

PS: Let your friends know when you're on twittermoms with a click of the Announce Yourself link in your welcome box. If your Twitter friends are interested, they can check out the cool new place you've found!

Again -- if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know.
