"I love this! There is no way to fail at a birth. Moms use their tools and make their choices and should feel good about whatever they do. In the end they birthed their baby and that is amazing and should be celebrated, not judged."

- I am a mum and a psychotherapist based largely in the UK. I practice Solution Focused Brief Therapy, NLP, EFT, Hypnotherapy and Human Givens. I have previously been a HypnoBirthing Practitioner.
I specialise in the psychology of giving birth and have just launched a birth download website (there are free downloads for gentle births available if you want to pass on the URL www.birthdownload.com). I am also launching an affiliate programme for care providers so check it out if you are interested!
I also help pregnant mums with complications during pregnancy, helping them work with their mind and body to give them the best possible chance of a natural birth.
