Are steam showers excessive for moms?

Hi all,I want to hear everyone's opinion on this internal struggle I've had for awhile. Do you think it's excessive to invest in a steam shower for my home? On the one hand, it has tremendous therapeutic properties, from soothing a cold to clearing acne. It is also an amazing way to melt away the stress, something I think every mom could use. "Yes, younger children seem to be open to ideas that our "bigger" eyes don't see. My kids are 6, 4, 3, and 1 (with a bun in the oven :) So we try to get creative when getting them involved! "
