What are your five tips & tricks for getting your kids to bed on time and getting them to stay in bed?

1. DO NOT start putting them in the bed with you!! This is the BIG mistake I made with both of my kids and then I had a hard time getting them to sleep in their beds.

2. Give them a night light. Most kids get scared of the dark and if they have a little bit of light then that helps them to not be afraid as much and they sleep better. If they wake up in the middle of the night and see the light is still on it makes them feel better and they will usually go back so sleep. My son is now… Continue
