1. DO NOT start putting them in the bed with you!! This is the BIG mistake I made with both of my kids and then I had a hard time getting them to sleep in their beds.
2. Give them a night light. Most kids get scared of the dark and if they have a little bit of light then that helps them to not be afraid as much and they sleep better.
