- A little about yourself...
- I am a 25 year old stay at home mother & wife. I have a four month old son, and a 7 year old step son. I'm also a cat guardian to two cats. In May 22, 2011 I almost died in a deadly EF5 Tornado. I was stuck underneath the wall of a grocery store. I was 7 weeks pregnant with my 4 month old son at the time. The first hospital I was at said I had a miscarriage without checking me. When I got a second opinion because I was still bleeding and still couldn't walk we found out I was facing potential kidney failure. They projected I would not be able to walk until 6-8 months from time of injury. My son and I faced the odds and overcame them. Today I am in therapy for PTSD & PPD, and I'm learning how to live life as a new mother
