April 2009 - Better Late than Never

I know we have all used that term before. As superomoms, we probably feel like that is our status quo! I know I do. I over extend myself. I commit to more than I can humanly do. I find myself living a life driven by the tyranny of the urgent. Does that resonate with you?I had a coaching session with a success coach yesterday. It was very empowering. She helped me dig down and find answers that I thought I had nailed long ago. I am a perfectionist, will always be a perfectionist, and though I…See More

A little about yourself...
I am a homeschooling mom of 12 (nine still at home) with a passion for helping people and sharing what I have learned about health. I have recently seen a need (self included) for assisting people with healthy weight loss and have developed a program that is backed by a 6 month, 100%, no questions asked, guarantee. I selectively choose my clients, but thus far I have a 100% satisfaction rate. You can read more about the journey that caused me to pursue this route here: http://luvmy12kids.blogspot.com/2009/01/long-version.html I still have so much to learn about the world of bloggyville and twitterdom. Launching Hannah's soap business online has been my impetus to learn more about online networking and markteing. Up until the beginning of the year I conducted most of my business locally. Now I am reaching out and realizing there is a whole new world beyond the flat screen. I am wholeheartedly convinced that God has launched me into the netherworld at the perfect time in my life. Thus far, I am immensely enjoying the journey.
What kinds of things do you typically Tweet about?
everything from children, weather, health, networking, business, online help questions, to the trials and joys of daily life
What are your areas of interest?
mommyhood, business, blogging, special needs children, technology, social media, twitter, work-at-home, green living, travel, fitness, weight loss, breastfeeding, infertility

Incredible biz opp for Twitter moms

Do you know two people who would be interested in investing $500 and turning it into $3300 RISK FREE - backed by a 100% satisifaction guarantee for six whole months? Don't we all? Does that sound like something that would interest you?

Do you like to help people? How incredible do you think it would feel to be able to help people escape financial disaster, save their house from bankruptcy, rebuild their retirement?

I am having phenominal success locally, but I really want to reach out… Continue

No Brainer in my book

A No-Brainer Opportunity

In looking for a descriptive word for our YES plan, the word that kept coming to mind was 'no-brainer'. I decided to check the dictionary to see if 'no-brainer' was actually an entry. This is how The American Heritage New Dictionary defined no-brainer: Something that is absurdly simple or easy and requires little thought.

In my opinion, this is the best description of YES (which stands for Your Enrichment Strategy) See if you… Continue

In Memory of Becky... death by medicine

When I think about how quickly people turn to drugs to fix their problems it makes me cringe. Why? Because I know enough about pharmaceuticals to know they are dangerous, deadly even. Not just an isolated case here or there. I am talking about unbelieveable numbers of deaths. You can get your head around if you compare it to a jumbo jet plane crashing every day – several hundred people per DAY die from properly prescribed drugs. My question is, if you look at the analogy, how long would the… Continue

Life Beyond Laundry

I have just had a cursory look around, but I am loving this site already. I'd like to get to know everyone else, and give them an opportunity to get to know me better, so we can better help one another. As a member of BNI, I found that givers gain was something that comes naturally for me. I also love the book "Go-Giver" by Bob Burg. The concept of networking to help one another in the online world is just an off-shoot of what we do in real life when someone asks if you know a good xxx… Continue

Nice to meet you! We had goats for 8 years, but no more. We now get raw cow's milk from someone nearby. We also purchased horses about 1 1/2 years ago. We've really been enjoying them.

DeeDee, I'd love to hear more about your cleansing process or journey out of candida? I enjoyed reading your blog post about Becky and also your health/weight loss journey. I'd be really interested to know what health problems improved as your health improved. I really don't care too much about weight loss but I want to be healthier. But I also don't want that to become the focus of my life.

Dee Dee I'm sorry for the back and forth. It's a little difficult keeping up with all the responses between the various sites. I saw you over there, your on the list, don't worry!

Check the FAQs on ThriftyWAHM to see where else to advertise.

The next deadline is the 20, so that weekend keep your eyes open for some correspondence from me so you can be added to the rep list this time around!
