I just recently started reading this book, The Omnivore's Dilemma, and for any moms out there concerned about what their children are eating, I HIGHLY recommend it. It is quite compelling, a lot disturbing, but it's raising the veil on what our food is really made of. I just checked it out of my local library, but I know it's carried on Amazon as well.
