- I'm a young Mum of four originally from Auckland, New Zealand but now living in Invercargill. I LOVE to blog. I work from home as an Artist exhibiting nationally and selling internationally. I keep a blog about life as a Mum and an Artist at http://blog.chavahkinloch.com It has creative how to's and talks about fashion, parenting, babies, home decor, kids, life experiences, my favourite finds and more. My Lucky Year

Sharon L. Cohen said… - Chavah, as someone who suffered horribly from depression for several years, I empathize with you. I was fortunate, and found the right medication and also had wonderful support. There are so many women who have post natal depression. Make sure that you seek the help you need, which may or may not be medication. Don't try doing it on your own. I also found that CBT, cognitive behavior therapy, is very helpful. I put together a book on CBT. If you want a free coopy, let me know, Best....

Problogger announced this week that if we can get more than 5 people together in a blog niche (mommy blogging) to take the challenge, he will give 25% off his 31 Days to a Better Blog workbook. I was thinking of starting this challenge on July 12 and creating a Blog Frog community so we can easily discuss it each day and share our posts.
