retweets for week ending 10/25/09

Hi everyone, I thought i would get this going for the week and wanted to post the rules since we have had some new people jump on board over the past few weeks, which is a great thing, but wanted to help and keep it the way Julie started it...

Re-tweets seem to have gone onto the wall so just a reminder that should be a discussion thread

Please post your 140 character (or less) message that you'd like others to tweet about in the Discussion Forum thread "Retweets for the Week". I will start a new discussion with this title every Sunday so we know which retweets are current.

Example: RT @julieFBT A new year, a new you! Organize gift, discount & reward cards with a Card Cubby: www.cardcubby.com 10% off use code CC209.

It can be a new blog post, a product, service, worthy cause, sale, promotion, contest, funny video, new website, paid work opportunities, an upcoming event...I think you get the idea. :) Members can pick and choose which messages they'd like to tweet about to their followers.

It's important to keep in mind that if you want others to retweet for you, make sure you retweet for others or this won't work. :)

Members may add a brief intro about themselves & their business, but please do not spam members and add this on the comment wall, not a new discussion.

Please do not try to sell the members your product or service. Please add this info to your profile on "my page".

Please do not ask for feedback about your blog or business.

Please do not add full blog posts. These are best left on your profile blog.

To keep this group as streamlined as possible I will delete posts that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Also, please be considerate and RT everyone who has RT'd your tweet!

Let's keep this simple and easy for members to use. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you better and building an awesome group! Thank you!!

hi everyone, please take a moment to check out my post on this RT, it is SO IMPORTANT to ALL parents!! and as i said if you take just 5 minutes to talk to your kids, i just might save their life!
