Mommy's day off
I am wondering the last day you had a full 8 hours with out the kids. Let me see the last day I had of was probably a couple of weeks ago... I was sick though. So I laid on the couch a few hours and went to the DR. Tragic I know. I think the last day I ahve had not kids was... I can't remember. The funny thing is I get lonely. I think dang I ahve no one to talk to or no one to do anything for. Then, I think "I need to get a life."
So, when was your last day off and what did you do?

I'm supposed to get every other weekend off, but lately something always seems to interfere with it. I typically turn off the TV and have complete silence for a while - no Disney channel, no Spongebob. Unfortunately, I often end up using this time to get caught up on work or chores that I need to get caught up on.

I never really get time away from my kids.. Ever. The last time I was free of kids is when i was pregnant with my 2nd one and I was in the hospital over night for dehydration. It was terrible. But I did get to sleep A LOT. Which was nice.
