What do you think when someone sends you an email promising 500,000+ hits on your website?

Just curious. I want to hear your stories.

I think that it is an offshore outsource company trying to make a quick buck ... most times they are hiding code in a clients site or spamming lists ... sometimes, they are offering valid hits, but the question is whether they are from unique visitors and how they are marketing.

Else, someone using a BOT to drive useless traffic.
