Hello! I am a stay-at-home mom and I live on 16 acres. We don't have too many animals, unless you count my three kiddos.

I have a neighborhood Raley's, I loved going to them when I wanted to splurge, get farms fresh produce, or those hard to find items.  Recently they have gone through a "remodel" and the store is awful.  So now I'm back to having to use my military commissary (yes it's a great benefit) and Wal-Mart. UGH.

Looks like I'm back to internet shopping for the those hard to find non-perishable items. What resources do you use to get those hard to find items?

I can only speak for my sheep. While they ate ALL of my wildflower garden to the ground, the roots are still there. And no....I was NOT happy about it at all. We had fenced it off w/woven wire and they knocked it down. Lesson learned, move the plants to another place completely in the fall.

Is it true that sheep pull out the plants they eat by the roots while goats just nibble them down? I've heard people use that as reasoning for getting goats instead of sheep.
