Hello all. I started this page after finding out that I had RA. After years of on and off pain that I ignored and a major flare-up that has gone on for many months, I found out I had RA. Of course, I was relieved to find out why I was in so much pain, but at the same time, I felt so alone, and the worse my pain got, the more alone I began to feel.
The realization of my condition has been an eye opening experience for me. There are so many questions out there about RA, many that women are afraid to ask their doctors or perhaps their doctors don’t have the answers, these are areas that can only be answered through experience and understanding and that why is where we can lend support to each other. RA is a long journey and no one should have take it alone, especially when we can take it together.
