I read Born to Run a few months ago and am a complete convert to barefoot running (actually, with minimus running shoes--running is San Francisco is too sketchy for actual bare feet) as well as chia seeds in my smoothies. The furthest I've run is 7 miles in them, but I feel great. I hope to run the Healdsburg, CA half marathon in about a month. Has anyone else read the book or converted to "barefoot" running?
