I was surprised to see that there is not a group dedicated to health bloggers. I've created this group for Twitter Moms who blog about health topics. Here we can share health information and tips.

The left hand side of my blog has a list of most recent posts (I use this blog for business and to educate on how to incorporate more LIVE FOODS in our diets by smoothies and juicing, as well as low carb (green vege), low fat, high protein meals in hopes that more parents will use these recipes in their efforts to increase their healthy lifestyle changes while losing weight and in support of fighting the obesity epidemic (I share just the recipes and health information as I am networking).

I invite you to browse those posts:

I recently lost 44 lbs with our all-natural fiber product and making healthy life changes; I offer the 90 Day Challenge to others that need to lose weight.

Hi Fitness enthusiasts, I’m Jesse and I blog over at The Empowered Momma.

Spreading the news about health and wellness is something I have been involved in for over 12 years as a high performance athletic trainer.  As a full time working mom to one and a wife, you can say there are a lot of balls I'm juggling at once.  What keeps me SANE is movement through exercise, eating for nutrition and creating a lifestyle that is healthy for myself and family.

I’m thrilled to be part of this group and I look forward to making new friends here. I can also be found on Twitter @EmpoweredmommaJ

Second post in a series about bada$$ moms who eat barbed wire for breakfast and do burpees for fun, all while raising a family and juggling a household. NO EXCUSES!     http://www.runfastermommy.com/2012/07/bad-moms-monday-amy-hope-kath...

Intuitive Eating Seminar

Are you tired of Yo-Yo diets that leave you feeling deprived and punished?

Have you been trying so hard to be “good” only to sabotage yourself on a bad day?

Are you tired of the guilt attached to your food?

Do you want to understand and have control over your cravings?

Do you want to get rid of your sugar habits once and for all?

Do you want to make peace with food and eat without counting, charting, or worrying?

If you answered yes to these questions, you are ready for Intuitive Eating.

Intuitive Eating is a lifestyle that allows you to create a healthy relationship with not just your food, but also your body, mind, and lifestyle.  Intuitive Eating makes you the expert of your own body.  There is no reaching for a prescribed method of how to feed your body because you already know it.

Through Intuitive Eating you make peace with food by learning to understand what your body needs to create health and vitality.  Guilt over your food choices and failed weight loss attempts will no longer have control over you. It means living a life where you know that you deserve real food and eat it with pleasure.

Sound Good?

Are you ready to take control over food?

Great!
