I was surprised to see that there is not a group dedicated to health bloggers. I've created this group for Twitter Moms who blog about health topics. Here we can share health information and tips.

My new blog is about comfort eating or emotional eating and how to stop it. Comfort eating effects many women and my mission is to free as many of us as possible from its destructive force: how many of us have castigated ourselves for succumbing to that biscuit or two or three? There's no need to feel guilty about food and once we start to understand our feelings and desires and start eating for optimum nutrition we can knock it on the head.

Hi guys, I'm currently working through my struggles and am blogging about it hoping it will keep me accountable. I've battled peri & post natal depression each pregnancy it seems and just depression in general. Still hard to talk about it but I'm trying. If you're able to offer advice and support I'm welcoming it. I'm doing a mini series of blog posts called 21 days of accountability in which I hope to develop new habits. I'm up to day 4 tomorrow. It starts here:http://blog.chavahkinloch.com/life/21-days-of-accountability-day-1/

We busy mothers are juggling bills/budgets, making meals, maybe working outside the home, all on top of trying to have a good relationship with our significant other and raise good jr. members of society. How do we balance it all while trying to be green and work out more than once a month? Check out my blog: www.hungrigyrl.blogspot.com

Meditation is a great resource for women dealing with postpartum depression and other stresses that can follow childbirth. Mommy Meditations, http://www.MommyMeditations.com was developed with the help of Dr. Kerri Parks, ObGyn, who personally battled postpartum depression and the grief of losing her husband days before the birth of her fourth child. Mommy Meditations can help new moms recognize distress and ease into their postpartum bodies.
