Permalink Reply by Tami Ziegler on September 20, 2009 at 10:52am You read my mind on this one. I was just logging on to ask this same question.
I have WTF Fridays right now. I want to start Timeless Tuesday (comment on trends and memories from your favorite decade) and Makeup Tip Monday (hoping to have video with this one).
I do take part in Wordless Wednesday as well.
My question to add to this is how do you start up a successful weekly post that others can join in on? I would love to make this kind of networking fun and have graphics others can add with the theme of the day, have lot of linky love, etc.
Permalink Reply by Tami Ziegler on September 20, 2009 at 10:54am I always try to post 2-3 times a week on almost daily observations. Once upon a time I tried to post weekly ... then monthly lists, but it was really too time consuming so now I post randomly. If I try to schedule my posts they end up feeling like a chore... and I want to enjoy my blog!

Permalink Reply by Tami Ziegler on September 20, 2009 at 10:57am I do a lot of book reviews, so participate in Mailbox Monday (list of what arrived in the mailbox the week before), Teaser Tuesday (few sentences to tease about a current book I'm reading), Tuesday Thinger (hosted by me - a great way to learn about the features of Library Thing and other various topics).
I've been trying to think of another general one to host on a weekly basis, and am coming up blank at the moment.
The best way to do it is to come up with a good general topic and then start posting (create a button), invite others to post and link to your post on their site etc.

Permalink Reply by Tami Ziegler on September 27, 2009 at 6:27pm I started a Tuesdays With Tyler theme where every Tuesday I write either an event or something special that pertains to my son. It will be a nice memory for me. I wanted to do something different.
