Tweet to help a family in a severe medical crisis (time sensitive 11/3)
I'm new to TwitterMoms and this group, so I hope I'm not violating group etiquette with my request ... but I know that no Mom wants to face this situation & hope you'll help...
The short story is that last month a friend's first grader went from perfect health to hallucinations with complete failure of her pancreas, colon & several other major organs. She spent 36 days in the ICU and will need ongoing care for a long time, if not forever....
This family has been an amazing support community to others for years and many businesses are donating a % of their sales tomorrow (11/3) to their med expenses.
