Gluten (found in wheat, rye, barley and oats) has been linked to conditions such as celiac, autism, ADHD, rheumatoid arthritis, infertility, depression etc.! I have written children's books on healthy eating and am working on a gluten free menu book!

Comment by Kathi Olson on June 14, 2011 at 7:14am Dietz & Watson Premium Deli Meats & Artisan Cheeses and Supervalu’s ACME Markets announced they would debut the first-ever dedicated Dietz &Watson gluten-free deli in the Philadelphia suburb of Paoli this week.
Dietz &Watson offers more than 400 gluten-free choices, and more than 20 of them will be available at this dedicated deli case starting Wednesday."
I checked their website and looks like Dietz & Watson have some really good stuff.

Comment by Kathi Olson on April 21, 2011 at 5:02am Hi Ladies, I'm planning my first gluten free Easter diner. I'd like to include dinner rolls, but so far I haven't found any I like. I enjoy the "Udi's" and "Rudi's" brands of bread, but I haven't found any rolls that they make. Do any of you have suggestions, or will I need to bake my own? Thanks Kathi
