Adobo Chicken recipe - What's your version?
My kids love chicken adobo, like the rest of the world does...lol...
I know my Mom makes a 'killer' version but alas..I can't seem to mimic her dish..and all old school moms don't use a recipe..lol..
I'd love to know your version..Maybe it will motivate me to cook...lol...as we been living on pizza, perogies and hamburgers lately.

We love adobo too! And of course, mom's adobo is always better, but here is my quickie adobo recipe, (after looking at that post again I just realized I need to take better photos. lol!)
BTW, I cook this on a weekday and still have dinner on the table in an hour. I work full time so I love quick and easy meals. -

great recipe! my mom used to make it with extra vinegar so I usually go heavy my Datu Puti! I also tend to like it with some cinnamon, but my husband doesn't so I don't include it!
