Comment by Kathi Olson on May 13, 2011 at 2:31pm I've been gluten free for about 8 months now. I gave blood today, so had my hemoglobin level checked. It was up to 16.0 compared to less than 12.5 when I started. It seemed amazing to me, so just had to share the "news" with folks who would have an apprecation for it.

Comment by Maryland Celiac on April 21, 2011 at 10:50am Kathi - gf rolls - Whole Foods Gluten-Free Bakehouse biscuits, Gillians foods (they make the rolls served at Legal Sea Foods), Chebe, and there is a new Brazilian brand at Whole Foods that is frozen and about $8, but can't remember name.

I'm planning Easter dinner and wonuld like to include dinner rolls. I enjoy "Udi's" and "Rudi's" brands of bread, but I haven't found any similar rolls. Do you have any you like, or am I better to bake them myself? Thanks, Kathi
